4. Your purchased beat will be sent via email within 24hrs after purchase

5. Kid Jimi still holds full rights

6. Production credit must be given to Kid Jimi

TRACKOUT/STEMS LEASE:

1. High Quality WAV File (24bit)

2. High Quality tracked out WAV Files (perfect for mixing/mastering)

3. You may sell UNLIMITED copies

4. Use for 1 Commercial/Profitable use (Mixtape, CD, iTunes, etc)

5. Your purchased beat will be sent via email within 24hrs after purchase

6. Kid Jimi still holds full rights

7. Production credit must be given to Kid Jimi

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:

1. High Quality WAV File (24bit)

2. High Quality tracked out WAV Files (perfect for mixing/mastering)

3. You may sell UNLIMITED copies

4. UNLIMITED Use for Commercial/Profitable use (Mixtape, CD, iTunes, etc)

5. Beat will beat taken down from website and marked SOLD on YouTube

6. Exclusive Agreement granting you unlimited use commercial recordings and broadcasts. The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page, however the buyer must give a percentage royalty from sale of records or downloads (percentage amount will be discussed and determined after purchase)

7. Buyer is responsible for clearing any samples that may be used (Artist info will be provided after purchase)

8.Your purchased beat and trackouts (aka stems) will be sent via email within 24hrs after purchase

9.Production credit must be given to Kid Jimi
